The village has a number of facilities for you to use including a Post Office, Quarmbys Deli, Highwayman Pub and York Wines just on the outskirts. We even have our own Artisan Market once a month. 

Sheriff Hutton is an interesting village with a number of historic sites including St Helens Church and Sheriff Hutton Castle. There is also a huge number of walks around the Howardian Hills including the Ebor Way and Centenary Way.

If you are planning on staying over there is some lovely accommodation right on the door step. I am attaching two below that I know have excellent facilities and customer feedback. There is also a huge amount of accommodation in the surrounding towns and villages and I am always happy to offer advice where I can.
